NBC hired an ad agency in San Fransisco to spray paint ads for the USA Network's, "The 4400," on sidewalks around the San Fransisco area in hopes of reeling in viewers. The ads instead angered the city, and now is forcing NBC/USA to remove the ads from the sidewalks. I think that's a pretty lame way of advertising. But, then again, I suppose NBC would stoop to that level, considering their programming has absolutely nothing to look forward to this fall.
